Many of you told us that while our existing SSO integration works well for traditional teams, it leaves out those in more flexible workforces: part-time staff, contractors, field workers, or those without a company email. You needed a simple way to give those people access to support, while keeping your hub secure. So we built exactly that.
With Approved Email Access, you can now upload and manage a list of approved email addresses directly from your Wellbeing Hub HR Dashboard.
Only those on the list can sign up and use your Wellbeing Hub.
