5 Tips To Submit Your Content

Tip 1: Submit content you've already created for your website, YouTube channel, Instagram, etc.

There’s no need to reinvent the wheel. As an expert in your field, you might have a blog, articles, social media, academic publications, books or other relevant material regarding your area of expertise.

You can give your earlier work a second life via our Content Hub. Employees of partnering organisations will be able to read or watch your content and book your services from there. It’s that simple!

Tip 2: Use relevant, helpful, and powerful content for your readers

Content should be relevant to the specified categories in the submission form (Mental Health, Physical Wellbeing, Career, Relationships and Family, Financial). Anything that addresses the categories mentioned above is welcome, whether it might be in the form of articles, blogs, infographics, tips, video tutorials, presentations, slideshows or papers.

We recommend submitting information that employees at partnering organisations can benefit from reading.

A quick rule of thumb: Your content should showcase your knowledge on the topic and help someone who reads it in their own life.

Tip 3: You can submit content in various formats like .pdf, .docx, .png/.jpg and more

The submission form allows you to upload single or multiple files – but you can also paste your own URLs in the “Comments or Other Information” box to direct us to the content you want to be considered for submission and upload.

We recommend using PDF, Word, PNG, JPEG, Canva or video recording formats. If you want to share a URL, you can provide links to Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Shareable Links, or YouTube, wherever your content is located.

Tip 4: Want to share various articles or topics? Go for it!

The more articles, blogs, tutorials, tips, or any other related items you want to share, the better. You can upload them using the submission form here. If you want to share, for example, 3 different articles on Mental Health, Career Advice and Financial Advice, we recommend submitting the form 3 times, each with the specific file upload and the specific category selected.

This way, we can better manage the requests and categorise the content correctly, ensuring potential clients can easily find your work.

Tip 5: Need some inspiration? Check out what one of our Professionals submitted

When submitting content, make sure you are the author of the material. This is an example from one of our professionals, Tracy, a coach and personal trainer, who sent us 5 tips to improve fitness.

Her content is a 3-page article that covers 3 areas people can focus on to improve their fitness. It is informative, clear, and useful. If an employee reads this content, they will get information about the topic and understand Tracy’s focus and background. If it suits them, they can book with Tracy directly from the Wellbeing Hub.

plus

While we cannot guarantee an increase in clients or bookings, our commitment is to ensure that your profile is displayed 24/7 with all relevant information for users/employees to find your services and book one-to-one sessions with you using their sponsored credits. Adding your own content increases your exposure and visibility, which may lead to more clients and bookings, as well as showcasing your expertise on specific subjects.

We will always welcome, review, and upload the content in accordance with our guidelines and timeframes to ensure employees of our partnering organisation can read and access your articles. They can also find your services and book a consultation with you via their wellbeing hub.

Can I see my content once it is uploaded?

plus

Not at this stage. The content will be uploaded on the actual Wellbeing Hub of the customer, which, for confidentiality and contractual reasons, cannot be shared externally. Will you modify the content that I submit?

plus

Your content will not be specifically modified, but it will be reviewed to ensure compliance with our copyright and branding specifications. Once submitted, your content will be reviewed by our Chief Clinical Officer, approved by our Head of Marketing, and checked for grammatical and structural accuracy by our Copywriter. This may result in changes, but we always try to keep the essence of the content. After passing all stages, it will be uploaded.

Will I be notified when my content is uploaded?

plus

Yes, once your content is live in the Content Hub, you will receive an email notification to thank you and inform you that your content is now visible to all employees at our partnering organisations.

Are you going to post and use all the information or content I submit?

plus

Not in all cases. We can’t guarantee that your content will be posted. It depends on the content type, background, information requirements, categories, our internal guidelines, and other factors. We can’t promise that all submitted content will be used. If the content is added to the Content Hub, you will receive a confirmation once uploaded. If we keep it for later or decide not to use it, it will be placed in a “for review” category. We may use the content in the near future or we may not. All content submitted will be managed as per our Content submissions terms and conditions and in accordance to our Privacy Policy.

Are you going to use the content outside the Content Hub?

plus

We may use the content outside the Content Hub. For example, if your content relates to a specific date of the year and fits well with the topic, we may include it in a newsletter so employees receive it to mark the day or topic, giving you extra visibility. Additionally, if we discuss a topic on our social media and your content fits well, we might use it to provide additional information. In all cases, you will be referenced as the author. This will increase your visibility among Wellbeing Hubs employees and, in the second example, expose your services to a wider audience, highlighting our partnership.

Will I be informed if my content is used outside the Content Hub?

plus

Not at this time. Due to the high number of requests and submissions we receive, we do not have the capacity to do so. As per our Content Submission Terms and Conditions, by sharing your content, we may use and distribute it depending on our requirements. However, you will always be credited as the author. Our aim is to provide value to our customers while giving more visibility and exposure to your expertise within our community.

What are the benefits of me submitting my content?

plus

We hope that this will drive more views and exposure to your profile in our Wellbeing Hubs. While we can’t guarantee this, we are building this as an extra tool for you to get more exposure and enable employees at participating hubs to find your profile in other part of their wellbeing journey programme.
