In recognition of World Mental Health Day, we would like to invite you to our webinar with Health Psychologist Theodora Seliniotaki, to raise awareness about mental health, remove stigma and help you better understand the realities of mental health. Let’s make a small change for a big impact together. One conversation at a time.
Theodora’s aspiration to become a Psychologist began at a very early age. She always remember having this strong urge to help people understand their needs better and to see them grow.
Theodora started studying Psychology with one goal in mind: to help people as much as possible with their mental health, well-being and personal issues. Seeing other people’s situation through an empathetic lens has always been part of her mentality not only as a professional but as a human too.
This is why an integral part of Theodora’s practice is to create a safe space for everyone to share their problems and feel heard.
Mental health is a universal human experience but many struggles related to it still remain unseen and unspoken. Stigma, lack of awareness, and fear of judgment often prevent people from reaching out for help, one in four people worldwide will be affected by mental health challenges in their lifetime (WHO).
