Introducing the Neurodiversity Hub: ADHD Assessments & Support for your Employees

Neurodivergent employees make up a significant and often under-supported part of today’s workforce. Join us for a candid conversation exploring what it really means to build a workplace where neurodivergent talent can thrive.

This webinar brings together a neurodiversity specialist, Maria Parker, who will share professional insights and practical tips grounded in her clinical experience, and Shane O’Brien, a global senior HR manager who identifies as neurodivergent, offering a first-hand perspective on navigating career and workplace culture.

Moderated by our Chief Revenue Officer, Tobin Coles, the discussion will cover:

  • What neurodiversity looks like in the workplace, beyond common misconceptions
  • Personal experiences of working while neurodivergent, including challenges and strengths
  • Practical strategies HR managers and people leaders can use to build more inclusive, supportive environments

We’ll close with an exclusive first look at Kara Connect’s upcoming Neurodiversity Hub, a new specialist resource designed to support neurodivergent employees and the managers who support them.

Whether you’re an HR professional, people leader, or simply curious about creating a more inclusive workplace, this session offers real insight you can put into practice.
