For neurodivergent, introverted, and highly sensitive people, work can feel overwhelming. This is particularly true in environments with high levels of noise, stimulation, and task switching where constant demands can drain energy quite quickly.
Join our free webinar led by Melanie Glickman, an experienced coach and trainer, to gain insight into being ‘wired differently’ and learn ways to support wellbeing in working life.
Melanie Glickman is an experienced coach and trainer who supports people navigating overwhelm and change in their professional as well as personal lives. Her work is shaped by a deep appreciation for differences and a neuro-affirming belief that wellbeing improves when support fits how a person thinks, feels, and works.
Many of Melanie’s clients identify as neurodivergent, introverted, or highly sensitive and are looking for ways of working and being that better suit them. She listens carefully and works at a pace that allows people to make sense of things in their own way. Her work gives clients space to reflect and consider what matters most to them.
Melanie brings nearly 30 years of professional experience. The first part of her career was spent in the corporate environment, including in a leadership role as a Vice President. She later moved into her work as a coach and trainer, where she has spent many years supporting people in different roles and stages of their working lives.
She holds an Executive MBA from Duke University. In addition to being a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, Melanie is also a Certified Neurodiversity Aware Coach.
Not everyone experiences the modern workplace in the same way.
For neurodivergent, introverted, and highly sensitive people, work can feel overwhelming. This is particularly true in environments with high levels of noise, stimulation, and task switching where constant demands can drain energy quite quickly.
This webinar looks at how masking and overstimulation show up at work and contribute to a sense of real overwhelm. It offers language and perspective that can help people feel less alone and better understood. It also acknowledges the often under-appreciated strengths these individuals bring, including creativity, depth, insight, and sensitivity.
This session is also for people who want to support colleagues who seem stretched, withdrawn, or misunderstood at work but aren’t always sure what would genuinely help. There will be clear guidance for leaders and colleagues who want to support neurodivergent, introverted, or highly sensitive people in ways that are respectful, inclusive, and sustainable.
Kara Connect invites you to this FREE webinar to deepen understanding of what it means to be ‘wired differently’ and to explore approaches that support wellbeing and meaningful work.
