A Wellbeing Hub is a customised platform where companies offer their employees 1-1 mental health and wellbeing sessions.

The companies buy several credits per employee, with 1 credit allowing the employee to book 1 session. Employees can continue the sessions and pay themselves when they finalise their credits.

Sessions are entirely confidential, and employee information or bookings in the Wellbeing Hub are not shared with employers. Kara Connect provides a monthly report with top-level usage metrics and anonymised data.

Kara Connect differs from traditional Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) by offering proactive, personalised mental health and wellbeing support through a customisable Wellbeing Hub. Unlike traditional EAPs, which often have low engagement and limited services, Kara Connect allows employees to choose from over 57 services, provides support for families, and reduces manager involvement.
