How does the Neurodiversity
Pathway work?

image

Browse & book

Employee opens the pathway, sees every specialist, picks one who fits and books. No gatekeeper, no stigma and completely confidential.

image

Pre-assessment

Session 1 of 5: an accredited questionnaire and a neurodiversity specialist who interprets it, working out the right next step. Nothing decided by a score alone.

image

Referral out

The practitioner refers into the regional partner clinic, which consents and onboards the employee directly.

image

Assessment (+ meds)

The partner clinic assesses and, where clinically appropriate, initiates and manages medication.

Post-assessment

The employee returns to the same Kara practitioner they started with, the full report coming back with them.

Learning how to thrive

Sessions 2 to 5 with that practitioner: adjustments, strategies, communication, identity and family support.

Real people. Real support.
Real solutions.

How is the Neurodiversity Pathway different from a Wellbeing Hub?

plus

The Neurodiversity Pathway is a specialist offering that provides a limited number of sessions designed to support those who identify as neurodivergent. Employees can meet with a specialist, decide if they want to get an assessment, and are provided with resources that will enable them to thrive in the workplace.

How does the assessment piece work?

plus

Kara Connect is proud to partner with OWL in the UK and Mindpath in Ireland to offer ADHD assessments to those employees and their family members who want an official diagnosis.

How can the Neurodiversity Pathway help managers?

plus

If your line managers lack the confidence to support neurodivergent employees, we offer manager training through Culture One. This can be delivered on-site or virtually, and will set your managers up to better help this population.
